Quality system
For quality assurance reasons, a quality management and control system was introduced in the foundry, including control of the input of raw materials, the entire production process and the final control during the output of castings. The overall process complies with ISO quality control management standards and the foundry is certified to ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016.
The foundry has its own laboratories where it monitors the technological properties of moulding mixtures, chemical composition and mechanical properties of the cast materials. In the area of non-destructive testing, we offer capillary method testing and ultrasound.
