Machining

Heat treatment
We offer hardening, annealing (soft annealing, stress relieving, normalizing), cementing, sandblasting,
straightening, oxidation blackening, medium and high frequency hardening.
Technological possibilities:
- Cementing in gaseous atmosphere up to ø 500 mm and length of approx. 1 500 mm, small parts by agreement
- Annealing up to ø 900 mm and length approx. 2,400 mm, small parts by agreement
- Hardening up to ø 550 mm and length approx. 2000 mm, small parts by agreement
- Sandblasting according to agreement and dimensions of the part, blasting area 2 000 mm × 2 000 mm × 1 500 mm – possibility of hanging the part
- Blackening of parts up to 250 kg and dimensions 250 mm × 250 mm × 1 450 mm, small parts by agreement
- Medium and high-frequency hardening from ø 10 mm to ø 200 mm, length approx. 2000 mm and weight approx. 250 kg. We harden holes, gears, running wheels ø approx. 500 mm and lengths of 120 mm, various shaped parts according to agreement and possibilities
We are not equipped with a protective atmosphere.
We are also equipped for hardening at higher temperatures without protective atmosphere approx. 1100 °C.
Locksmith workshop
We offer hardening, annealing (soft annealing, internal stress removal, We have a complete technology for the production of welded units, enclosures and fairings for machinery and equipment, including base and top coatings in RAL shades and waterproofing tests.
Technological possibilities:
- Complete production of bent and welded parts
- Laser burning on the TRUMATIC L 3030 production machine.
- up to 20 mm for structural steel
- up to 10 mm for stainless steel – material supplied by the customer
- up to 5 mm for aluminium alloys – material supplied by the customer
- From plates 1 500 mm × 3 000 mm
- Bending of sheets on a bending press LVD 170 / 42 up to a length of 4 000 mm

Tool room
We are equipped to produce precision small rotating and non-rotating parts in small batches, professional special operations collaborations and assembly of smaller units.

3D printing
We have equipment for 3D printing of plastic wire parts. The part is created by successive application of
layers of heated material. Thanks to the possibility of using water-soluble supports, it is possible to create
arbitrarily complex shapes (cavities, overhanging elements, etc.)
Technological possibilities:
- Equipment used – Fortus 360mc Small 3D printer
- Maximum part size – 355 × 254 × 254 mm (14 × 10 × 10 in)
- Material – ABS-M30, natural colour (roughly ivory)
Required input data format – STL (stereolithography)
Metrology
The inspection measuring centre is able to provide comprehensive services in the field of inspection of parts using progressive measuring methods on three-coordinate machines and other measuring equipment designed to verify geometric deviations in shape and position. A report or calibration report according to ISO standards can be issued for inspected parts.

Some workplaces are operated in two-machine operation, multi-shift operation is provided according to capacity needs, thus we are able to respond very flexibly to the workload of individual workplaces. In production and assembly, we also have a range of additional, auxiliary and technologically necessary equipment that ensures quality, increases productivity and expands our technological capabilities. We use this equipment to support our core business and to meet the specific requirements of our customers.
