Tool Shop

Technological Capabilities:

Work Piece Production:

  • Minor precise rotational and non-rotational components including heat processing
  • Profession cooperation ( turning, milling, precise boring, round, planar, thread, and worm grinding) of piece and small series design
  • Welding with electrodes and CO2 with the possibility of subsequent machining of weldments in the aforementioned professions

Metrology

Technological Capabilities:
The checking measure centre is capable of providing complex services in the area of checking the work pieces using progressive measuring methods on three-coordinate machines and further measuring equipment designed for verification of geometric deviations of the shape and position. It is possible to issue a protocol for the checked work pieces or a calibration protocol according to ISO standards.
